Lorendo and Ringer--A Great Pair By Big D Excellent thoroughly and lovingly researched book on a man/coach/athlete the likes of which we will never see again...It is a story of Auburn, yes, but it is also a story of Southern Football, in its most colorful, wildest, most memorable times.

It brought back many good memories of growing up in Alabama. There are hundreds of individual stories which all smoothly fit into one well researched book.
