Same old By Ali This is a typical Cathy Kelly - you can pretty much guess each characters storyline and where they'll end up, as soon as you start reading. No surprises along the way, just an easy read for when you don't feel like thinking too much. Certainly not a 'can't put down' type of book, in fact I found it all so similar to all of her other books that I got a bit bored and put the book down for too long - kept picking it up again and thinking "now who were you again"? when a name was mentioned.Not an awful read, but just very predictable and 'nice' ie: not really good or really bad, as I said - a good time filler for when you don't feel like thinking and just want to fill in some time.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Disappointing By BOOK WORM This was a most disappointing Cathy Kelly book. Seemed like a number of short stories bandied together to make a novel. I have read everything she has ever written but was not at all impressed with this one, can only hope the next book has a bit more substance.
