By Brian Burton This was a short but interesting read with some insight into the Russian Spetznaz. I thought it might be interesting and it is. I do like that it is not sensationalistic at all, but rather factual. The information sometimes comes across as obvious, but that is probably because it actually is, if you think about it. The point of course is that most of us don't have any skills to even make camp in the woods let alone survive in the wild. If nothing else it is good basic information that everyone should have - even if you are a city dweller and never expect to be lost in the woods. Everyone should know how to turn salt water into fresh or keep warm in a wet and cold environment. These are just basic skills too many of us have lost.
